ROLE AND HOPES FOR ILF
South Australia’s industrial capability, the talents of our workforce and our leaders have made significant contributions to Australia’s economy over many years. Our heritage is significant and my determination is that we continue to grow our workforce talent and our leadership capabilities to further develop South Australia and the national economy.

Our ability to do things differently is driven by our industrial leaders. My hope is that the contribution made by the ILF facilitates the growth of our leaders and their businesses through our encouragement and support for their continuing education and through our mentoring program.
