It was an absolute pleasure to be introduced to the ILF during Geoff Vogt’s tenure & learning about the organisation’s mission to empower business leaders in the South Australian economy really inspired me both in my study commitments, as well as in our mission & purpose at Leader being a 100% Australian owned PC & IT Brand. After the review process it was an amazing to be awarded a study grant, but to receive the David B McNeil Program Award as well was truly an honour.
During the TLP course it was a pleasure to have the best business minds in the industry with Andrew & Barry as our tutors & coaches – Beyond business acumen was a deeper insight into human psychology, understanding other people & understanding myself. Through this journey I discovered a new way to lead my organisation that involved empowerment of others to achieve excellence. The wealth of knowledge I gained helped me build team units, stronger loyalty, happier staff & ultimately much happier customers. Happy staff, happy customers, this leads to success.
