The team behind an Adelaide-based asset inspection and testing company that counts Santos, Rio Tinto and BHP among its blue chip clients, is tapping investors for a $5m capital raise as it looks to turbocharge the launch of its in-house developed testing equipment into the lucrative US market.
It’s the second fundraising round for evoSonic, which was spun out of non-destructive testing company NDE Solutions last year, following an initial $4m raise backed by local investors and US oil and gas entrepreneur Sean Riccardelli.
Kimal Singh and Josh Cleary founded NDE Solutions in 2018 after meeting while working as inspection contractors in the field.
