It has been “years of investment” for Gelista founder Peter Cox to get international exports out of his inner-suburban gelato factory and to the world. Having moved into a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ridleyton just about a year ago, Gelista was well-prepared to go global. But it was success on Chinese social media that secured the company its first major export deal into the Asian giant.
