Neumann Space CEO Herve Astier has won the prestigious Avalon Innovation Award, the blue ribbon from the Avalon Pitchfest and Awards competition. Herve pitched the “Neumann Drive: The New Standard for Electric Propulsion enabling the Space Economy” to a panel of current and former leaders from Australian and US defence, research and industry organisations. Head judge Tony Quick said the awards “celebrate innovators that are addressing real-world challenges with bold ideas and transformative solutions that could shape the future of defence, aerospace, and beyond”.
