Transport and logistics company Northline will relocate to a new $16m office building in Kent Town, with construction set to commence in the coming weeks. Pep Rocca’s Australasian Property Developments (APD) will deliver the four-storey development at 68 King William St, which will include two storeys of offices, two levels of car parking and a rooftop entertaining deck.

The move coincides with Northline’s 40th year of operation, and according to chief executive Craige Whitton, follows a period of rapid growth that meant the business had outgrown its current headquarters on The Parade at Norwood.
