Adelaide-based freight and logistics company Northline has moved into anew $16m service centre and headquarters at Kent Town ahead of a national hiring spree.
The new national service centre, at 68 King William St, will accommodate the company’s national customer service team, as well as administration support for the company’s freight management, warehousing, distribution and logistics divisions.
Developed by Australasian Property Developments and designed by local firm Studio Nine Architects, the four-storey development includes two storeys of offices, two levels of carparking and a rooftop entertaining deck.
The move from its previous headquarters on The Parade at Norwood comes as Northline looks to expand its national workforce, adding up to 30 new staff across freight management, distribution, and logistics.
Chief executive Craige Whitton said the expansion followed a period of strong growth, both in domestic and international markets.
